Job Responsibilities

As aBranch 777 of Southwest Funding LP Field Sales Originator(B2BSales) you will manage the entire process from prospecting to close using consultative/ needs based sellingmethods as an account manager.

Additional responsibilities of theField Sales Originator include:

Maintaining a high level of activity byactivelyrunning appointmentswith Real Estate Agentsover the phone and in person build a healthy opportunity pipeline to achieve and exceed monthlypipeline requirements.

• Thoroughly managing your opportunity pipeline with a sense of urgency and follow-up

• Meet and exceed monthly newagenttargets

GeneratingHomePurchaserevenue and growRealEstate Agentbase: Prospect qualify solidify relationships; increasereferralsby cultivating new relationships laterally and above the primary contact.

Building a healthy opportunity pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly/annual quotaof mortgage product mix FHA USDA VA CONVENTIONAL AND JUMBO LENDING PRODUCTS.

Acquiring ongoingresidentialmarketplace intelligenceby researching trends and best practices readingmortgage real estatepublications seeking out learning and development opportunities and utilizingmortgage industry resources.

Acting as a trustedOriginatorby consulting withReal EstateBrokers and Sales Agentsto understand their criticallender relationshipissues and strategic objectives todevelop and implement an effectiveenterprise wide strategy that quantifies the value delivered bySouthwest Funding LP Branch 777 drives business results and provides clients with a highand on timeclosing ratio.

Job Requirements
