The role of Leader of Direct marketing and Automation helps achieve Suncorp New Zealand (SNZ)s strategy by working with teams across the business to deeply understand our data and translate it into effective workflows that deliver customer communications and conversations through marketing automation. The successful candidate will be joining at an exciting time as we review our marketing automation platform looking for new opportunities to simplify and scale our digital journeys. They will work closely with our Chapter lead in technology and agencies on this work.
The successful applicant will be comfortable and familiar with navigating data layers and data relationships to figure out customer profiles and engagement opportunities. Even more important is their ability to understand what the available data actually represents from a customer perspective connect the dots between the two and develop workflows that deliver effective engagement and communications to customers through automation.
