About the role

This is a fixed term opportunity available until 27/11/2026.

As a new leaderinourChristchurch Client Administration hub part of a national back-office functionyou will besupporting Client Administration employees who are often not only new to ACC but also working in their first role in a corporate environment as well as some seasoned professionals.

You willempoweryourteam toprovide an accurate and efficient supportiveservice ensuring our clients receive the right supportto enabletheir effectiverehabilitation and subsequent return to independence.

About you

To be successful you will need to be able to hit the ground running and will be in your element coaching and mentoringteam members andproviding support to ensure our success.

Important Skills

• Leadership experience in a fast-pacedinclusive environment.
• Proven ability to motivate operational teams to achieve customer outcomes using data and insights.
• Experience coaching people to achieveresults adapting your approach to suit individual needs and styles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to make pragmatic decisions in complex and/or challenging situations.
• Ability to motivate teams with a collaborative approach.
• Youll bring curiosity and a drive for continuous improvement along with resilience adaptability and the ability to thrive through change.
• Ideally you will have experience turning around team performance lifting culture and positively shifting behaviours through strong values led leadership.
