Job Summary

Role

Designs & Develops web scale consumer facing software which scale to millions of users.
Leads an exceptional technical team to deliver high quality software in tight timelines.
Takes ownership and responsibility to deliver the ideal features and best user experience in products.
Plans well and solves problems through software design.
Constantly thrives to revise and improve product quality performance and customer satisfaction.
Works closely with all stakeholders to ensure continuous communication and overall success as a company.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 6 years of experience in the software industry and 2 years in leading technical teams.
A Bachelors degree in IT Engineering or Computer Science. Having a Masters would be advantageous.
Proven expertise in either Enterprise Java or PHP stacks.
Experience in JavaScript Frameworks HTML5 Adobe Flex and other rich client technologies will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills is a must.
Must be a passionate and enthusiastic technologist who has a knack for delivering high quality products.
Has to have a blend of technical skills leadership creativity and an intuitive sense of usability.
