Our client one of the worlds most diverse service companies is currentlylooking for a star receptionist to join their team.A competitive salary is offered to the successful candidate.Duties include answering phones distributing mail and general office tasksincluding faxing filing and photocopying.Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour required.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone switchboard - answering and directing any incoming phone calls.
- Processing incoming & outgoing mail and couriers
- Branch accounting functions - A/R and A/P
- Providing administrative support including client correspondence mail-outsspecial project or event coordination
- Maintenance of all office equipment and tenant office issues (as well asarranging for any repairs IT support etc)
- Management of branch filing system and creation/maintenance/coordinationof customer files and contracts
- Ordering of stationary & office supplies
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills; friendly and professional
- Proficiency in MS Word Excel Powerpoint and other new software applications is required
- 1- 2 years experience working in an administrative capacity and supporting a team
- Ability to work independently and take initiative is a must ability to troubleshoot issues with minimal supervision
