The Administrative Assistant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the Clinic in Sussex County. This supervisory role ensures efficient daily workflows by managing and guiding a team of administrative assistants. The supervisor supports clinic operations ensures compliance with administrative policies and serves as a liaison between staff and leadership.
Supervise train and support administrative staff in daily functions.
Delegate tasks and ensure administrative workflows are completed efficiently and accurately.
Monitor front desk operations scheduling and client intake processes.
Maintain the organizations electronic medical records (EMR) system and ensure accurate documentation by staff.
Identify operational improvements and implement best practices in clinic administration.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders including community partners and clients.
Support other departments with general administrative tasks reporting and special projects.
High School Diploma or Associates Degree (or higher).
A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience including supervisory duties.
At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with staff clients and community agencies.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with healthcare or behavioral health clinic operations.
Leadership capabilities with a focus on mentoring and team development.
