The big initiatives in next few months will be launching state-of-the-art portals in various business opportunities in the internet space. We are working with a global technology provider for some of the above initiatives.
Job Description The job will involve client interactions for recruitments
Responsibilities The main areas of responsibilities for this role are detailed under:
1. Offer Support to sales personnel and clients.
2. Demos/training to Clients over the phone/at their premises.
3. Responsible for training and evaluating the sales team on Product.
4. Complete Client account management which includes understand the clients requirement Query and complaint resolution.
5. Responsible for client Retention.
6. Should be able to maintain lowest possible response time to internal as well as external clients.
7. Should handle all incoming queries from the clients as well as make proactive servicing clients.
8. Data keeping and report sharing with all the stake holders.
9. Market analysis to keep abreast of market changes and updates.
10. Will be required to coordinate with various internal departments at corporate office to ensure smooth functioning of various client related processes.
Required - Should be an MBA
- 1-2 years of in Recruitments across industries
- Excellent client servicing skills
- Good communication skills and regional Language is an add on.
- Good MS office skills- specially Excel skills.
- Should be willing to travel in the city to meet up with Clients
- Should have good time management skills
