Job Description:
Bank GL Reconciliation Review accounts clear transactions in SAP ensure accuracy maintain ledgers.
Customer Sub-Ledger & Open Items Analyze accounts clear/match transactions escalate issues coordinate with GBSS/third parties maintain ongoing clearing.
Open Sales Orders Monitor/manage SOs and delivery status in SAP.
Fixed Assets Review/update records correct errors coordinate for missing data ensure accuracy.
Cutover Support Assist in transition and migration activities.
Legacy Data Cleaning Coordinate with departments to clean legacy data.
Customer Advances Manage and clear customer advances in SAP.
Documentation Record processes and communication related to data management.
Pre-Go-Live Support and participate in system readiness activities.
Other Data Management Tasks Perform additional tasks as needed
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word with a good command of their functionalities
Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Additional Details :
Working day- Mon to Fri
Working time- General 9 hrs
Payroll Company- Talisman HR Solutions min duration 1 year
Experience- min 4 years can also be considered
Not mandatory to have experience in ECC 6.0 Financial Information module candidate with experience in SAP HANA is also fine.
Good communication skills required
Should be good with excel
Any graduation can be considered
3 rounds of interview.
