Job Summary

The Regional Manager North & East will be responsible for managing sales operations acrossNorth and East India including key territories such asDelhi NCR Punjab Haryana Uttar Pradesh Bihar Jharkhand West Bengal and the North-East. This includes managing relationships withkey end customers OEMs and channel partners. The role will report to theNational Sales Managerand work closely with the leadership team to achieve targets related tosales turnover profitability new product growth and regional expansion.

Responsibilities

  1. Explore new customers applications and markets across North & East India.
  2. Understand customer applications and generate inquiries for blowers and related products.
  3. Provide techno-commercial support to customers and partners.
  4. Manage and expand business through channel partners in assigned territories.
  5. Independently handle sales operations in North & East regions.
  6. Prepare weekly visit plans to serve existing customers and onboard new ones.
  7. Develop monthly sales projections aligned with annual targets.
  8. Retain existing customers and increase revenue from current accounts.
  9. Coordinate with the service team to ensure after-sales support.
  10. Monitor competitor activities and implement strategies to maintain market leadership.

Basic Qualifications

  • BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering(preferred).
  • 610 yearsof experience in sales and marketing preferably in theindustrial equipment or water/wastewater segment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication & Analytical skills inEnglish and Hindi.

  • Proven experience inSales & Business Developmentwithin industrial product sales & able to manage proficiently team.
  • Deep understanding of theNorth & East Indian industrial market customer behavior and project dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
  • Excellent presentation and customer engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency inMS Officeand familiarity withCRM toolslikeZOHO Salesforce etc.
