Role description:

Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. Youll benefit from training and development mentoring and assistance foraccreditations relevant to your programme as well as the support and guidanceyou need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.

As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants youll be responsible for your own deliverables liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise. Youll work on a range of environmental and planning projects which may include major infrastructure urban regeneration and community focussed projects that will expose you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.

Role accountabilities:

Safety Risk Management (SRM) The SRM team has significant knowledge and experience in the identification and the management of hazards and safety risks that are associated with railways industrial processes and other similar safety-critical industries and activities. You will assist in tasks such as hazard identification the determination of safety measures and safety requirements obtaining evidence of compliance with safety requirements and preparing safety justification reports safety plans and system definitions.

• Accepted Degrees: Engineering (e.g. Mechanical Chemical Aeronautical etc) Science (Physics Chemistry etc) Mathematics

Qualifications & Experience:

• You will be graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant masters or bachelors degree
• You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience Creativity Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
• You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
