Job Summary
Responsibilities
Provide personalized guidance to clients as they explore destinations accommodations and curated experiences
Work directly with partners and suppliers to secure reservations upgrades and special offers
Listen to clients needs and design itineraries that match their goals budget and travel style
Offer support from the initial inquiry through the completion of the trip
Maintain accurate client notes booking details and follow-up communication
Stay informed on current trends destinations and seasonal opportunities
Build strong relationships with clients providing excellent service and dependable follow-through
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Interest in travel hospitality or experience planning events or trips
Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
Detail oriented and able to multitask
Basic computer and online research skills
