- Identify and capitalize on market trends digital innovations and emerging platforms to position the brand and its properties as leaders in the digital hospitality space.
- Oversee the functionality design and content of hotellevel websites presence and thirdparty ecommerce channels ensuring optimal performance localization and SEO best practices.
- Monitor and optimize booking funnel conversion across platforms minimizing abandonment and maximizing direct revenue.
- Ensure uptodate content and consistency across OTAs metasearch and brand platforms.
- Drive initiatives to grow direct booking share including book direct campaigns best rate guarantees and loyalty integration.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business ECommerce or a related field; Masters preferred.
- Minimum 4 6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing and ecommerce within hospitality or a consumercentric industry. A strong cluster or multiunit background is a plus.
- Proven success in managing performance marketing campaigns ecommerce platforms and direct revenue generation strategies.
- Strong understanding of hospitality tech stacks including CMS CRS PMS Meta Search OTAs and booking engines.
- Handson expertise in SEO SEM (Google Ads certified preferred) web analytics email marketing and social media platforms.
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to synthesize performance insights into actionable business decisions.
- Experience in leading crossfunctional teams managing multiple stakeholders and working in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for hospitality innovation and excellence in digital guest experiences.
