About ICP

ICP helps U.S.-based construction companies build and manage high-performing remote teams. Our model combines offshore staffing with hands-on management support to help clients build and scale confidently. We are growing rapidly and are ready to expand our sales capabilities.

This is a unique opportunity to join as the first full-time sales hire own the sales process end-to-end and help shape the future of our sales organization.

What Youll Do

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Manage the full sales cycle from qualifying leads to pitching and closing deals with U.S.-based construction companies.
  • Prospect New Opportunities: Identify and engage potential clients including warm and semi-warm leads.
  • Conduct Consultative Sales Meetings: Lead discovery calls product demonstrations and presentations to showcase ICPs value.
  • CRM Management: Track all activity pipeline progress and client communications in the CRM.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with leadership to refine sales processes and improve the client journey.
  • Potential Account Management: Support onboarding and early relationship management for new clients as needed.

What Youll Bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales - ideally in a startup or fast-growing environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive comfortable working remotely.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of the construction industry
