Job Description

Were looking for a motivated and detailedoriented Operations Project Manager to join our this role you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects that enhance our operational efficiency and support our rapid growth. You will take initiatives from concept to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to a high standard. This role is ideal for a selfstarter who brings order to complex initiatives and enjoys seeing their work directly impact the business. You will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

Active Project Management & Delivery

  • Drive handson project delivery ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Remove blockers and facilitate timely decisionmaking to keep initiatives on track.

  • Diagnose issues and implement recovery plans when projects slip off schedule. Develop detailed project scope objectives milestones resources and deliverables.

Proactive Reporting & Communication

  • Maintain clear consistent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders. Provide regular status updates including RAG status and risk assessments.

  • Identify and mitigate risks early using a formal risk management plan. Leverage project management software (such as Jira) to track tasks and progress.

Project Leadership

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for a variety of initiatives including workplace and facilities corporate IT infrastructure changes operational excellence documentation and knowledge management efficiency and productivity enhancements support desk improvements and event operations.

  • Define clear project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Assign tasks based on team members strengths and coordinate crossfunctional teams.

Stakeholder & CrossDepartment Management

  • Collaborate with IT HR Finance Marketing Legal and other departments to ensure alignment and timely decisionmaking. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate plans progress and risks effectively.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across the organization focusing on efficiency cost savings and quality enhancements.

  • Analyze workflows and operational data to propose and implement improvements. Drive initiatives to improve documentation knowledge sharing and tool utilization.

Team Empowerment & Development

  • Provide clear roles and expectations for team members giving them autonomy and decisionmaking ability within their area.

  • Offer opportunities for skill development through training workshops and new responsibilities. Recognize and celebrate achievements individually and as a team.

  • Foster an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing ideas concerns and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

MustHave Hard Skills

  • 3 years of project management experience in a fastpaced technology or B2B environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ranging from IT infrastructure upgrades to process improvements.

  • Proficiency using Jira for project planning tracking and reporting.

  • Experience creating detailed project plans with defined scope milestones and resource allocations.

  • Demonstrated competence in risk management and mitigation strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and status reporting.

NicetoHave Skills

  • Experience in the gaming software or digital entertainment industry.

  • Professional certifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile/Scrum certification).

  • Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management and with support desk software such as Jira Service Management.

  • Understanding of IT infrastructure components (networks hardware corporate software) and event logistics.

  • Knowledge of operational excellence frameworks (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).

Soft Skills

  • Clear structured communication and active listening.

  • Adaptability in response to changing project requirements and business needs.

  • Analytical problemsolving skills to address project challenges and optimize processes.

  • Team leadership skills that inspire motivate and coordinate crossfunctional teams.

Experience

  • 3 years of project management experience ideally in technology or B2B industries.

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Experience working with crossfunctional teams including IT HR Finance and Marketing.

  • Demonstrated success in operational process improvement and change management.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Engineering or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous but not mandatory.

Certifications & Tools

  • Jira: Project planning backlog management and reporting.

  • Confluence: Documentation and knowledge sharing.

  • MS Office / Google Workspace: Presentations spreadsheets and communication.

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira Service Management) and HR tools (e.g. PeopleForce) is a plus.
