Job Summary

With headquarters in Cyprus RAINMAKER is a multi-vertical affiliate network working with more than 20 verticals across multiple countries and has a strong knowledge in iGaming.

Created in 2011 the company is known for its fast payment and strong trusted relationships with advertisers and affiliates.

As we are growing our Team Rainmaker is looking for a talented Senior Affiliate Manager for our igaming vertical.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and grow the allocated affiliate portfolio in line with the business goals.
Leverage your network of affiliates as well as recruit new ones.
Optimize and scale affiliate campaigns ensuring ROI in line with marketing strategy
Stay updated with industry trends perform competitor analysis to find ways of increasing performance of the affiliate program and products being promoted enhancing our competitiveness.
Develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners strengthening these partnerships with effective service and proactive management.
Ensure the compliance of existing and newly recruited affiliates and their campaigns with the various regulations we need to abide by.
Represent the affiliate program at the various industry events as required.
Work closely and effectively with all internal stakeholders Marketing CRM Creative and Finance departments to achieve the affiliate programs objectives.
Ability to work independently taking responsibility for all tasks allocated and ensuring full service is provided to all accounts under your management.
Work closely with the Head of Affiliate to set and adjust objectives monitor and report on affiliate performance set up and approve campaigns and creatives.

Requirements

4 Years of experience within Affiliation in igaming.
Self-Driven with excellent negotiation skills combined with problem-solving ability;
Good Analytical skills and understanding of KPIs optimizations
Fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge of other languages is considered
an advantage)
Proven track record of contributing to customer acquisition growth by managing campaigns across multiple sources types of traffic and markets.
