Location: Chitradurga
Experience: 1-5 Years (Field Sales)
CTC: 3 to 4 LPA

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Executive with 1-5 years
of field sales experience in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for driving sales growth managing client relationships and expanding market
presence in Chitradurga.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales
targets for assigned territory.
Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
FMCG sector.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships
with retailers distributors and other stakeholders.
Field Visits: Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability
visibility and competitor activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2-5 years in field sales preferably in the FMCG sector.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing
preferred).
Skills:
o Strong communication and negotiation skills
o Good knowledge of local market and geography
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Other Requirements:
o Willingness to travel extensively within Chitradurga
o Own two-wheeler preferred
Competitive CTC: 2.5 to 3 LPA
