Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Daily Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM IST

Job Description We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a team of 200 employees. This role demands excellent coordination skills ownership and a passion for operational excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities -
Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination.

Handle travel logistics bookings and expense reporting.

Create and maintain Team SharePoint OneNote and other collaboration tools.

Manage procurement and inventory of supplies hardware and SAW devices.
-
Oversee space allocation seat management and facility requests.
-
Assist in headcount management posting job requisitions and onboarding new hires.
-
Maintain and update Distribution Lists (DLs) and Security Groups (SGs).
-
Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures.
-
Plan and organize team morale events and business meetings.
-
Act as a point of contact for business guests and assist in escorting them.
-
Handle confidential information with utmost responsibility and discretion.

Provide general administrative and team support as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Total Experience: 3 years

Relevant Experience: 1 2 years in administrative or executive assistant roles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Highly organized detail-oriented and ownership-driven.
-
Hands-on experience in SharePoint OneNote Outlook and other MS Office tools.
-
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset.

Education: Any degree with relevant administrative experience.
Additional Information -
Candidates with prior Microsoft experience (Ex-MS) are welcome.

Strictly contract-based role; no conversion expectations post-tenure.

All necessary equipment/software will be provided by the supplier.
