Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product roadmaps.
Manage project timelines budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Monitor product performance post-launch and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

Proven experience in New Product Development (NPD) and innovation preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong understanding of the product lifecycle management.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification.
4-8 years of relevant experience.
