Job Description
This position is for an Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer specializing in infant and pediatric echocardiograms. The role involves performing echocardiograms maintaining patient records and collaborating with the healthcare team. On-call responsibilities are required and weekend work is a significant component of the schedule. A minimum of two years of experience is required.
- Maintaining accurate patient records.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Managing a daily caseload of approximately 10 patients.
- Working up to 6 weekend days per 6-week schedule.
- Responding to on-call requests.
- Minimum of two years of experience in echocardiography.
- Proven experience with infant and pediatric echocardiograms.
- Current BLS certification.
- Active state license (if applicable).
- Advanced knowledge of pediatric cardiology.
- Weekend work is a significant component of the schedule (up to 6 weekend days per 6-week period).
- No flexibility for block scheduling.
- The facility may cancel one shift per pay period.
- Radius of 50 miles from the facility.
- Variable start times (7:00 AM or 9:00 AM).
- Weekend work is required (up to 6 weekend days per 6-week schedule).
- Shift assignments are not specified.
