Job Description
Key Responsibilities
As a Learner you will be expected to:
- Provideadministrative supportto senior leaders and teams including scheduling meetings managing calendars and preparing documents.
- Assist withdata entry filing and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the coordination of team activities events and communications.
- Handle general office duties such as photocopying scanning and email correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
- Balanceworkplace responsibilitieswithacademic requirementsas part of the learnership
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Living with a disability(proof of disability required).
- Completed Grade 12 / Matric.
- Strong interest in administration and office support.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word Excel Outlook).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively between work and study.
