Job Description
A design and manufacturing company in Centurion is seeking a junior draughtsman for a 3 month contract.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Senior Certificate
- Drawing Certificate
- 3D CAD Software experience
- Computer literacy
- Vault experience will be advantageous
- 1 3 years drawing experience
- Computer literacy
- Document management (Record keeping storage and assignment)
- Accurate data capturing
- Good attention to detail
- Able to use your initiative
- Excellent team working skills
- Persistence and determination
- Good time-management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Revising and updating of existing product drawings
- Providing complete product drawings from scratch
- Assisting with drawing requirements for customers
- Providing drawings for new product development
- Implementing drawing office STD
- Drawing up of parts
- Detail drawings
- Compiling of project file datasheets and BOMS
- Completion of Parts or Assembly Drawings
- Complete any tasks that may arise as instructed by your manager within reason
