About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to help us make smarter data-backed decisions across our this role youll be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large datasets to generate valuable insights and improve operational performance.
Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable strategies. If you are someone who enjoys solving complex problems has a knack for uncovering hidden patterns and can communicate insights in a clear impactful way this role is for you.
What Youll Be Doing
Data Collection & Analysis: Collect clean and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to surface business insights.
Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Strategic Decision Support: Identify trends patterns and anomalies in data to help guide operational and strategic decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product Operations Demand and other teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
SQL Scripting: Write and maintain robust SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
Presentation & Communication: Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear actionable format.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend areas for improvement.
Youll Thrive in This Role If You
Have a Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Economics or a related field.
Bring 35 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Are highly proficient in SQL and Excel with working knowledge of Python or R being a strong plus.
Have a solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.
Possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Can effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
Are driven by curiosity with a proactive mindset and a desire to make an impact through data.
