Raise Net Collections to97% while cutting Denial Rate below4%.
Reduce DSO to<30days and CosttoCollect by10%.
Implement two automation sprints per quarter in partnership with Product & Engineering.
Operational Leadership
Full P&L for 150 internal FTE BPO vendors (SLAs penalties expansion).
Weekly PowerBI dashboards covering Net Collections DSO Denials A/R>90 CosttoCollect.
Process Automation
Champion RPA (Robotic Process Automation) AIdenial prediction and payerAPI integrations; build ROI cases and run UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
Lead quarterly Lean/SixSigma Kaizen events
Team & Culture
Scale coach and performancemanage teams of 50500 team members across coding billing collections and analytics.
Embed Excellence Learning Teamwork via joint onshore/offshore OKR sessions SOPs and Continuous Training program.
Vendor & Compliance
Negotiate BPO rates enforce turnaroundtime SLAs and run continuous quality audits.
Ensure HIPAA payerpolicy and SOC2 compliance; serve as primary audit contact.
Stakeholder Alignment
Partner with Engineering on RCM roadmap; Finance on cashflow forecasting; Sales on client RCM onboarding.
10years leadership of highvolume (>$500M) RCM organizations including offshore BPO governance.
Proven record of reducing DSO 20% and Denials 30% within 12months.
Handson experience steering EHR/RCM product backlog or largescale automation rollouts.
Deep knowledge of chiropractic physical therapy and mental health payer rules and coding compliance.
Datadriven operator; expert with SQL/Looker/PowerBI and at least one modern billing platform.
Bachelors in Business/Health Admin; MBA/MHA or SixSigma Black Belt preferred.
Communicates with radical candor; builds trust across cultures and time zones.
Coaches leaders through change; celebrates wins and learns from misses.
Operates as an ownerfixes whats broken before being told.
Lead a 150person team inside a fastgrowing SaaS services platform.
Direct influence over product automation roadmap and AI investments.
