REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution of higher education
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Previous Experience in a similar role in college basketball
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist coaches with scouting and game preparation player/team analysis individual player evaluations;
Recording and editing team specific or event highlights;
Perform the filming and editing of practices and games for womens basketball games;
Coordinate all film exchanges with opponents;
Responsible for the inventory maintenance repairs and coordination of all use of video equipment for womens basketball;
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Womens Basketball Coach;
Coordinate all video filming and breakdown for practices and games;
Maintain organized video editing system and enhance programming where necessary to keep the program on the cutting edge in video technology.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to function as part of a team;
Ability to work nights and weekends;
Comfortability with deadlines and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to accept constructive criticism and follow guidelines;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle;.
