Main job responsibilities:
Researching organizing and developing new leads for potential business customers by cold calling or door-knocking visits.
Convert cold-calling leads into sales and meet the target.
Develop build and manage a client database.
Accountable for building relationships with prospective and competitive customers.
Responsible for proposing and closing deals.
Make sales presentations to new prospects.
Respond to customers inquiries regarding prices and types of services & solutions to integrated logistics & freight forwarding services.
Conduct and report sales leads set by management.
Support customer service and work closely with operation and documentation departments.
Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals.
Be updated with the market and take part of the overall business development.
Follow up and work on closing payments with clients for issued pending/outstanding invoices supported by accounting department.
Comply to ISO 9001-2015 rules and guidelines
Competencies / Skills:
Prior experience in sales or customer service.
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Positive attitude excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Collaboration and strong customer focus.
Displays sound business judgement and personal drive for results.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Marketing and business administration / Commerce / law.
From 4-5 years of experience.
Proficiency in both written and oral English and Arabic.
Proficient in computer skills especially concerning CRM software and tools.
