In the Strategy & Market Insights department we work on gaining a deeper understanding of our markets consumers and trends in order to derive the right strategic decisions for our business. Join our team and put your academic knowledge into practice by contributing to exciting projects!
Your Tasks
- Support the Consumer Insights and Market Intelligence team with analyses and market research projects
- Conduct and evaluate customer surveys (e.g. using Qualtrics) as well as prepare and present results
- Contribute to international ad-hoc and desk research projects to derive market and consumer insights
- Take independent responsibility for activities related to a global online community of headphone users
- Support the improvement of research processes and prepare process documentation
Your Profile
- Enrolled student in social sciences business studies psychology or a degree program with a focus on market research
- Initial knowledge of market research methods (quantitative or qualitative e.g. from university studies)
- Passion for understanding consumers and inspiring others with these insights
- Team player with an agile mindset positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and confident use of MS Office
- Language skills: English is mandatory; German or Chinese is an advantage
- Desirable: basic knowledge of statistics as well as initial experience with R Python or JavaScript
