The City of Regina is seeking a forward-thinking and collaborative Director People & Organizational Culture (P&OC) to join our senior leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic Human Resources leader who is equally passionate about people culture and organizational success.
As Director you will provide vision direction and leadership to a talented department which includes Labour Relations Client Services Workplace Health & Safety Talent Acquisition HRIS Benefits Payroll Compensation Job Evaluation Learning & Development and Organizational Well-being.
