- Salary range for Senior Sales Representative is $76000 to $114000 (base salary) per year plus incentive and profit sharing target
Supporting the corrugated packaging plants you can develop your full potential sustainablyby applying your expertise within the Packaging division of our team as the Senior Sales Representative:
*Geographical Focus: Based in Lancaster with a primary focus on the local market while also being an integral part of the sales team covering regions across New York state as far as Eastern Ohio and New Jersey. *
- Grow revenues and execute business plan to enhance sales profitability growth and account penetration within the corrugated market in the above regions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across all levels of their organization to ensure excellent service and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to gather market intelligence adjust strategies and update customer profiles and needs data.
- Support contract creation and negotiation for accounts ensuring alignment with established guidelines and margin ranges.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting manage account plans and utilize CRM to facilitate integration and coherent customer approach among business units
- Identify and pursue opportunities to secure new business accounts leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth and expand market share within the assigned region and market.

Senior Outside Sales Representative Role:Seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of sales.Specialization in Corrugated Paper Packaging and Services. Demonstrated a strong track record in sellingcorrugated paper packaging solutionsand related services.
- Customer-centric approach: Recognize and address customer needs interests and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and secure new businesses.
- Proficient in product demonstration and knowledge transfer contributing to team expertise and enhancing customer understanding of Cascades solutions.
- Self-motivated: Driven to communicate effectively present solutions and maintain superior market knowledge.
- Skilled negotiator and influencer with strong networking abilities adept at identifying and securing opportunities.
- Expertise in understanding Cascades offerings identifying cross-selling opportunities and serving as a market expert to promote positive company image and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Execute administrative tasks including managing customer data in SAP database conducting cold calls and maintaining accurate records to support sales activities and enhance customer engagement.
