Job Summary

TribeVibe Entertainment Pvt. Ltd a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 is committed to crafting unique experiences that connect with a new generation of event attendees and fostering a community of like-minded individuals along the way. Initially starting with college festivals and their campus ambassador network TribeVibe now operates across multiple verticals like touring artist programming curating & producing branded IPs and their IP- VIBIN Festival creating memorable experiences for audiences and artists.

So far TribeVibe has meticulously curated 1500 college festivals worked with 10k ambassadors produced 250 shows and curated multiple branded IPs PAN India worked with 500 emerging & established artists and last but not least had a very successful first season of VIBIN Festival with 75k footfall across 5 cities. With this TribeVibe continues to innovate inspire and transform its experiences for audiences nationwide.

Your Profile

Interpret creative briefs and transform ideas into impactful visual stories tailored to the target audience.
Develop original concepts design mockups and deliver final visual assets across digital print and social platforms.
Create marketing collaterals including banners posters emailers and social media creatives.
Support brand building through consistent and compelling visual communication.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Collaborate closely with marketing content and product teams to ensure cohesive and high-quality creative output.
Present design concepts effectively using mockups presentations or decks when required.
Stay updated with the latest design trends tools and platform-specific formats.
Incorporate feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently.

Your Checklist

Strong design fundamentals: layout typography color branding.
Skilled in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; Figma/Sketch/XD a plus..
Video editing knowledge (Final Cut Pro / Premiere) is a bonus.
Detail-oriented creative and collaborative.
Quick learner adaptable and open to feedback.
Degree in Graphic Design with a strong portfolio preferred.
