Job Summary:
Xylem is hiring a CDL A driver to service our Richmond VA branch. The hours for this role are Sunday-Thursday 11:00 PM- 6:00 AM.
Responsibilities:
To perform the job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
- Load and unload freight
- Operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks and sit down forklifts
- Move trailers in and out of building as needed
- Deliver equipment to Xylem service branches
Travel Requirements:
- Some travel required
- Weekly travel to Morrisville NC Knoxville TN & Nashville TN
Education & Experience Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Class A CDL required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to drive overnight
- Ability to understand weight requirements / weight distribution
**The estimated salary range for this position is $33 to $35/hourly. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors such as skills experience and work location.
