Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and skilled individual to drive strategic communication initiatives develop engaging content promote user adoption and suggest process enhancements for key business programs. The role blends business process transformation change management user training campaign planning and adoption measurement to ensure Virtusa employees are well-informed actively engaged and confident in using our applications and tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged across various channels.
  • Create edit and maintain user manuals training materials FAQs and help guides to support adoption.
  • Work with the design team and roll out awareness campaigns for internal tech initiatives.
  • Conduct user training sessions (virtual and in-person) to improve knowledge and adoption rates.
  • Measure campaign and communication effectiveness using analytics and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align communications with organizational goals and branding.
  • Continuously gather feedback and improve communication methods for better engagement.
