Job Summary
| Job Purpose | Responsible for getting the critical parameters like business/ portfolio/ employee attrition to be delivered as required by management. Own team members of his / her branch on people metrics and drive all compliances as required for the branch. |
| Major Challenges | Employee AttritionPortfolio quality and monitoring manage portfolio as per defined targets. Compliance on all business parameters zero audit findings for the branch. |
