Opportunity Overview:
As a Financial Analyst your roles and responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- B/S accounts reconciliation and analysis of Division and Legal Entity in Asia and Europe
- T/Use accounting analysis reconciliation and reporting
- Sales incentive and Rep Commission calculation of STD division
- Update division and legal entity SAM using tools like pillar E-bud and SAM website
- Perform on-site inventory audit of GCS spares inventory located at customers site
- Conduct cycle count of inventory/spares at Cebu warehouse(s)
- Participate in regular physical inspection of Cebu site fixed assets and WIP inventory

- BS-Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years experience in general accounting and financial analysis
- Extensive experience in accounts analysis and reconciliation
- Proficient in MS office productivity tools such as Excel and Access
- Knowledge in database management tools such as Microsoft query and DW
- Knowledge in Oracle GL and FA
- Excellent communication skills
- Self motivated resourceful and team player
