Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking an ERP Analyst to join our client s growing IT and business systems team. This role will focus on ERP maintenance enhancements and application development with a strong emphasis on SQL development. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) or other ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

ERP Development & Maintenance (60%)

Develop enhance and maintain ERP applications to support evolving business needs

Work with SQL to design test and implement new functionality

Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate into ERP solutions

ERP Support (30%)
-
Provide day-to-day ERP support for end-users
-
Troubleshoot resolve and document ERP system issues
-
Train users on ERP functionality and enhancements
-

Other Duties (10%)
-
Participate in IT and business systems projects as assigned

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes

Support reporting integrations and system improvements outside of ERP as needed

Qualifications
-
Bachelor s degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field (preferred)

3 5 years of ERP Analyst Developer or related IT experience (ideal range)

Strong SQL and .NET development skills required

Experience with Infor SyteLine / CloudSuite Industrial strongly preferred

Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing or distribution environment is a plus

Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills

Work Schedule: Onsite in with option for up to 2 hybrid days per week after 90-day probation period

Relocation Assistance: lump sum with first paycheck

Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required (due to ITAR compliance). Visa sponsorship is not available.
