Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and strategy for the SAP MDG Customer Master solution including its data models governance workflows and integration with S/4HANA.
- Act as the primary liaison to business stakeholders to gather requirements define data governance needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Champion data quality and integrity by overseeing the implementation of data harmonization cleansing processes and master data distribution.
Requirements:
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) with a focus on Customer Master (Business Partner model Customer/Vendor Integration).
- Ability to design target state architecture data models and governance workflows aligning with enterprise data strategy.
- Experience in creating a roadmap for MDG adoption and integration with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.
- Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders understand data governance needs and capture functional/technical requirements. Preferably related to Customer Master data.
- Experience in translating business needs into MDG solution requirements and process flows.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership presenting strategy trade-offs and solution recommendations.
- Skilled in workshop facilitation stakeholder management and documentation (BRD FRD strategy decks roadmaps).
- Hands-on knowledge of integrating SAP MDG with ERP (S/4HANA CRM and downstream systems for Customer Master data distribution. Familiarity with data quality management harmonization and cleansing processes.
