Job Description/Key Responsibilities
As a PMO in Project Controlling you will support the Finance Leadership. Your role will focus on driving execution discipline governance and cross-functional alignment across finance transformation and operational initiatives. A key part of your role will be tocraft compelling narrativesandcreate impactful presentationsthat communicate project progress insights and outcomes to senior stakeholders.

Reporting to: Partner Business Finance & Controlling
Individual Contributor role
Project Governance & Execution
Develop and maintain project plans timelines and milestone trackers across multiple finance workstreams.
Monitor project progress identify risks and escalate issues with mitigation strategies.
Facilitate regular project reviews status updates and leadership reporting.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the central coordination point between Project Controlling FP&A Pricing and Project Accounting teams.
Ensure alignment of deliverables dependencies and priorities across functions and geographies.
Support integration of finance processes with business operations and technology platforms.
Storytelling & Executive Communication
Translate complex project data into clear compelling narratives for leadership and stakeholders.
Create high-impact presentations (PPTs) that communicate project status risks and strategic insights.
Support leadership in preparing materials for governance forums business reviews and transformation updates.
Reporting & Analytics
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track project KPIs financial metrics and resource utilization.
Consolidate data and insights for leadership presentations and decision-making.
Process & Documentation Management
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters business cases SOPs and change logs.
Drive standardization and continuous improvement in PMO practices and templates.
Tool & System Enablement
Support the use of project management tools (e.g. MS Project) and finance systems (e.g. SAP Anaplan) and visualization tools (e.g. Visio).
Collaborate with technology teams to ensure tools are aligned with project and business needs.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business or related field; PMP certification preferred.
7-10 years of experience in a PMO or project coordination role within a professional services or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of finance functions such as FP&A project accounting and pricing.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite; advanced PowerPoint skills are essential experience with SAP Anaplan or Power BI is a plus.
Excellent storytelling stakeholder management and organizational skills.
