Job Summary

Local Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced part time Local Truck Driver(25 - 30 hours per week) to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a truckto transport farm lawn & garden and powersports equipment among S&H store locations and to customers.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck
Load secure and unload cargo
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
Follow all traffic laws and regulations
Report any issues or incidents
Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Qualifications:

Valid commercial drivers license (CDL Class A) and DOT medical certificate
Clean driving record
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a truck driver
Experience with farm equipment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to lift heavy objects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
