Job Summary

Description:
Seeking a Lead Technical Writer with a specialization in Network Technology and minors in Data Center operations and Digital Workplace solutions (Collaboration AV Contact Center).
The ideal candidate has experience in Solution Architecture RFP Responses Product Design and go-to-market strategies translating complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineers product teams and stakeholders are essential.

What they do:
**Own the end to end documentation program for a project: plan draft and polish HLD/LLD narratives runbooks/SOPs ops guides and client visible deliverables.
**Run the review gates (editorial format/accessibility legal/risk/security stakeholder sign off) and enforce style tone and brand/citation rules.
**Manage templates versioning and publication in SharePoint/Confluence and track quality/usage KPIs.

Networking experience
**Highly beneficial / near must have: IT speed drafting improves accuracy and reduces back and forth with architects/engineers.
