Role - Cloud Adoption Trainer-Jira/Confluence

Location - Minneapolis - Minnesota - Onsite 4 days/week (Local candidates only)

Job Description:

Atlassian Jira/Confluence Cloud trainer will design develop and deliver comprehensive training for administrators and end-users migrating from Atlassian Data Center to Cloud. The candidate has deep expertise in Atlassian tools and for empowering teams through dynamic and engaging learning experiences particularly in context of a migration. Responsible for creating training materials conduction workshops and collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth transition. Should also have experience with plugins such as Xray Test Management.

Day to Day

Strong knowledge of Atlassian cloud for Jira and Confluence.

Will train and discuss differences from on prem and cloud versions.

Give us admin tips and training and expectations on the customer side to help us create job aids so it will help our users migrate to the new system.

Background

Administrative experience from a cloud Jira and Confluence

Nice to Have

Experience with an on perm to cloud migration

Years of experience: 2-5 years. Need to have experience Cloud version as they are moving from on-prem to cloud.
