What would this role do

The Director Financial Systems & Reporting will serve as a strategic leader responsible for the design optimization and management of 360BHs financial systems reporting processes and data governance. This role will ensure accurate timely and insightful financial information is available to support decision-making across the enterprise. The Director will partner closely with Finance Accounting IT and business leaders to streamline financial processes enhance reporting capabilities and drive system efficiency aligned with organizational goals.

Role Responsibilities (Heres what it takes)

  • Responsible for developing improving maintaining and expanding the organizations FP&A systems processes and tools.
  • Improve and maintain the current SQL data warehouse environment for the Finance department including data integrity compliance business process and system documentation as well as new processes solutions and ETL pipelines including the automation and transformation of the relevant financial data.
  • Design maintain and optimize current and future ETL pipelines across multiple FP&A data environments.
  • Lead drive and refine systems where needed to support existing and new reporting
    requirements while maintaining reporting continuity with minimal disruptions.
  • Support FP&A by designing new data sets using existing data or new data from other repositories such as Lumary and UKG.
  • Provision the Accounting and Finance teams with analysis and ad-hoc reporting to
    provide insight metrics and financial reporting to executive leadership.
  • Partner with members of Finance Accounting Information Systems business owners and external vendors to design best business processes and identify solutions that enable efficient accurate and sustainable planning reporting and compliance activities.
  • Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the HR technology ecosystem.
  • Participate in enterprise initiatives special projects and other duties as assigned

Must Haves (Yes we have needs!)

  • Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business Information Systems or related
    field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive experience in financial systems management financial
    reporting or corporate finance with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g. Oracle SAP UKG
    Power BI Tableau).
  • Strong background in financial data governance internal controls and regulatory
  • Proven track record of leading system implementations upgrades and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook plus a variety of other word-processing spreadsheet database e-mail and presentation software.
  • Passion for the ABA field and a commitment to supporting children and families.
