Responsibilities
Responsible for overall management and oversight of loan operations across mortgage consumer and commercial portfolios. This role ensures accurate and timely processing servicing document preparation accounting reporting and delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Management experience
3 to 5 years of lending experience preferred
Experience in full service financial institution preferred
Required knowledge:
Knowledge of credit union loan services policies and procedures.
Understanding of related legal and regulatory standards and required loan documentation.
Knowledge of consumer and residential lending practices.
In-depth knowledge of loan processing workflows documentation requirements and state/federal banking regulations.
Ability to manage and configure loan origination and servicing platforms i.e.. experience with CU*Answers or MortgageBot loan origination systems preferred
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
