Were looking for a Discipline Manager Water Environment & Industrial whos excited to guide and grow a talented team engage in hands-on technical leadership and contribute to projects that span the water defence buildings industrial transport and civil infrastructure sectors.

Position Overview:

Youll be at the heart of a high-performing collaborative team mentoring future leaders shaping technical excellence and directly influencing outcomes across iconic projects. As both a people and technical leader youll be empowered to:

  • Managing project budgets team resources and ensuring the highest standard of delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A degree in Chemical Engineering or a Mechanical Engineering discipline. Postgraduate qualifications are highly regarded.

  • 15 years of consulting/design experience.

  • A collaborative approach to leadership and problem-solving. Chartered Engineer (CPEng) status (or ability to attain within 6 months).

  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.

  • Technical expertise in water defence and/or industrial infrastructure complemented by a well-connected business network in SA to help strengthen and grow our local capability.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and inspire others.
