Key Responsibilities
- Manage office operations and support multiple departments
- Prepare financial statements and process transactions
- Oversee inventory and perform reconciliations
- Handle accounting entries: general ledger journal entries schedules debits/credits
- Perform clerical tasks: data entry filing phones mail
- Deliver excellent customer service
Skills & Tools
- Microsoft Office Suite: Excel Word Outlook
- Typing and 10-key proficiency
- Office equipment: copiers fax scanners
- DMS experience (Reynolds & Reynolds ERA preferred)
- DMV and dealership knowledge strongly preferred
Locations: Sublimity Salem Albany Corvallis Newport
