Job Description
ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a leading multinational company in the tobacco industry is looking for a Junior Legal Associate to join their Legal team in Athens.
Location: Maroussi
Working Model: Hybrid
You will be reporting to Head of Legal Department
What you will do:
As a Junior Legal Associate you will provide legal support to the companys operational departments help ensure compliance with the applicable legal framework and actively contribute to the management of contracts and legal documents.
More specifically:
- Support the Legal Department in Contract Management Data Protection Competition Law and Governance Procedures
- Assist in liaising with external stakeholders (legal counsels authorities regulators)
- Help ensure compliance with global and local policies and regulatory requirements
- Support daily Legal Business operations and projects
- Collaborate with the Security Manager in Business Continuity plans and Risk Management
- Contribute to monitoring Anti-Illicit Trade activities
Requirements
- Degree in Law (Masters in Commercial Law or related is a plus)
- Excellent command of Greek & English (oral & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Professionalism confidentiality & ability to build trusted relationships
