In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven IT Analyst (Associate) to join our Technology Advisory team in Athens.
Support the analysis and design of ITdevelopment of ITIL-based processes (e.g. Incident Problem Change Management) under guidance of fellow team members
Help gather requirements and collaborate with technical teams to configure ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira
Contribute ideas to improve ITSM processes using automation tools
Help create training materials and assist in delivering sessions on ITSM best practices
Assist in building dashboards and reports to monitor ITSM performance
Participate in assessments and help document governance process and technology structures
Contribute to proposal writing pitch decks and playbooks for ITSM and IT Governance services
What you bring matters
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
Basic understanding of ITSM and IT Governance concepts (ITIL certification is a plus)
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow Jira BMC Remedy) is a bonus
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn how to present technical ideas clearly
Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Interest in consulting and working across industries like Energy Banking Public Sector etc.
