Our Procurement department within Internal Firm Services manages the procurement of all goods and services required by PwC for operational purposes and combines project management cost management operational effectiveness and negotiation. As part of the team youll be responsible for developing our practices processes and compliance managing relationships for both internal clients and suppliers to aid in the strategic selection of suppliers and optimization of the purchase cycle.

Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand we are now looking for a Procurement Buyer (Senior Associate) for our Athens offices.

Make a real impact

  • Implement and monitor procurement processes in line with firm policies
  • Manage purchasing requests tenders and negotiations to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify specifications and requirements
  • Evaluate and select suppliers ensuring cost efficiency and compliance
  • Develop procurement practices and relationships to optimize the purchase cycle

What you bring matters

  • Excellent academic records from a Greek or foreign University with background in Business Administration or Supply Chain
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate with various departments/clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Power Point Word Excel)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with procure-to-pay processes and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take ownership of tasks
