Requirements
Devsinc is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician/Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical maintenance tasks and ensure the smooth operation of electrical this role you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians coordinating electrical projects and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians in carrying out maintenance and repair tasks.
- Oversee installation maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems including DB panels bus ducts and wiring.
- Conduct inspections of transformers circuit breakers generators and UPS systems to ensure optimal functioning.
- Implement corrective maintenance for circuit breakers in both LT and HT applications.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal regulations in all electrical works.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols.
Requirements
Education: B Tech / DAE in Electrical or equivalent degree.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.
- Prior supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems safety procedures and industry regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness and flexibility to work shifts and on-call as needed.
