Intensivist Visiting Medical Officer Coastal NSW

Are you ready to take on a rewarding role in a collaborative forward-thinking ICU team We are seeking a dedicated Intensivist (VMO) to provide comprehensive specialist care in a Level 5 10-bed combined ICU/HDU.

The Role
As an integral member of the ICU team you will:

  • Deliver high-quality evidence-based care to critically ill adult patients
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary group of intensivists junior doctors and nursing staff
  • Contribute to teaching and mentoring junior medical staff across the hospital
  • Participate in quality improvement safety initiatives and ongoing research within the unit
  • Liaise closely with patients and families to ensure compassionate and patient-centred care

About You

  • Fellowship of the College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM) or equivalent
  • Current registration with AHPRA
