What would be your main responsibilities


  • Welcome guests and ensure they feel taken care of.
  • Organize and support business meetings and client visits.
  • Manage travel logistics and activities for company management keeping track of their itineraries.
  • Handle memos reports invoices and related documents including sensitive information.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel financial and other data.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records.
  • Plan and execute office events and initiatives.
  • Assist with office supply management and inventory control.
  • Research and handle correspondence and negotiations with external providers and suppliers.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

  • Previous professional experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in standard software packages (Microsoft suite).
  • Open-minded flexible team player who is not afraid of challenges.
  • Moving at a fast pace with a can-do attitude.
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of company-related information.
