Were seeking an experienced and hands-on Fast Casual Restaurant Manager to lead our team at our Bethlehem PA location. As a key member of our management team youll be responsible for driving sales ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high-quality food and operations standards.
Duties:
- Manage a small team of staff providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures inventory management and scheduling
- Maintain high-quality food standards ensuring all menu items are prepared to our specifications (food prep experience a plus)
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness safety and customer satisfaction
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement promotions and events
